Exchanges & Returns

At Baudesson, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:


1. Request your return
Send us an email at hola@bybaudesson.com including:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return or exchange

  • Reason for the return (optional, but helps us improve)

Deadline: You must request the return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund (for pre-order items, we offer a gift card instead).


2. Product conditions
Please ensure that the item:

  • Has not been used or washed, and is in perfect condition

  • Includes original packaging and all accessories

  • Is properly protected for shipping


3. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Mainland Spain: Baudesson will arrange the pickup and cover the return shipping costs.

  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or international orders: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

In these cases, you may use any courier service of your choice and send the package to:

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the item was a pre-order, you will receive a gift card for the value of the product instead of a refund.

Until the package reaches our offices, it is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


5. Wrong or defective product?
If we made a mistake with your order or the product has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll take care of the entire return and replacement process at no cost to you.


6. Free shipping & promotions
For orders with free shipping due to a promotion, if you return any item, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility — except for Mainland Spain, where it remains free.
